Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the TradeYoga app, operated by Simon Robinson, Site 3, Unit 3, Cold Hesledon Industrial Estate, Seaham, County Durham, SR7 8ST ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Health and safety — please read
TradeYoga provides general stretching and mobility routines. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before starting if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you. Move within a comfortable range and stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness or numbness. You use the routines at your own risk.
Your account
- You must be 16 or over.
- Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your username and photo must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate someone else. We may change or remove them, or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Points, streaks and leagues
Points, streaks and league positions are just for fun and motivation. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and we may change how they are calculated.
Third-party services
Connecting Strava or sharing to apps like Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp is optional and governed by those services’ own terms.
Our content
The routines, illustrations, text and branding in TradeYoga belong to us. You may use them for your own personal use through the app.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep TradeYoga running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop features. We may update these terms; if the changes are significant we will tell you in the app.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app — see Delete your account.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes can be heard in the courts of England and Wales (or your home UK nation).
